Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Winter life hack: whip up some dough before you/your children head out for chores/play. As soon as you get back inside, pop them into the oven and by the time you/everyone is undressed, you’ll have warm, freshly baked cookies waiting for you!
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour 
- 1 tsp baking soda 
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened 
- 2 ripe bananas 
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar 
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 
- semi-sweet chocolate chips (measure with your heart) 
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. 
- Cream butter, bananas, and sugar together. Beat in vanilla extract until combined. 
- Stir in the flour mixture just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. 
- Refrigerate dough for 30ish minutes. 
- Preheat oven to 375F. 
- Bake cookies for 9-10 minutes or just until they start to turn golden.
