Big Dutch Baby

Ever feel like you’re making the same thing for breakfast over and over? This is a great recipe to throw into the rotation. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make and clean up is a breeze!

INGREDIENTS

-1/4 cup butter

-1 cup flour

-1 cup milk

-4 eggs

-heavy dash of cinnamon (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°. While the oven is preheating, put the butter into a 10” cast iron skillet and place into the oven.

Mix flour, cinnamon, eggs, and milk.

Remove skillet from preheated oven and swirl butter to coat the bottom evenly. Pour in batter. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden and puffy!

You can get creative with toppings, some suggestions are real maple syrup, peanut butter, fruit, whipped cream, brown sugar, honey, or applesauce.
